Whether you’re looking for that perfect Rib Steak, locally raised Chicken or fresh cut Pork, our expert butchers are on-site to see that you get exactly what you want. There are no dyes or preservatives added to our fresh meats, just good old fashioned TLC.
The affordable, convenient way to shop for meat! We have a variety of meat packs to suit your individual needs. Orders will be cut and wrapped to your exact specifications. If you cannot find a pack that “meats” your needs, we can customize a package just for you.
Pepperettes & Jerky
Made daily and inhouse! Visit our Dugald locaton and you might even be able to try them fresh off the smoking racks before we have a chance to package them. Sweet with Heat Pepperettes and Northern Smoked Jerky are just 2 of our favourites.
Steelhead Trout
Steelhead Trout is high in vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids and provides a low fat alternative to Salmon. We carry both inhouse smoked and non-smoked Steelhead Trout, locally sourced from a sustainable freshwater aquaculture. If you haven’t tried it, we’d be happy to let you taste a sample that is sure to win you over.
Ready Made
To round out our assortment of ready made products like meat pies, sausage and Reuben rolls, Timothy’s has partnered with local manufacturer “We all Have Cravings” so that we can offer an even larger assortment of ready made solutions like like perogies and soup!
Deli Meats
We make all our deli meats inhouse with the TLC you would expect. Fresh, smoked and seasoned to take your sandwich game to the next level. The only thing missing is your appetite!

We have a healthy line of Pet Products that will have your dog or cat waiting for you to get home from our shop! Fresh, smoked, bones, chews and pupperettes! Everything your pet will need for a balanced raw diet.
